Multi-user warehouse in the Polch industrial park
We have secured two rental units with a total of 20,000 m² in the new multi-business hub in the Polch industrial park. Modern logistics space for customers of all kinds is being built here, ready for occupancy from quarter 1/2024. In the new multi-user warehouse directly on the A48 motorway, we will offer our entire logistics portfolio: from goods receipt, storage and picking to goods issue and dispatch, supplemented by various value-added services such as display construction, sequencing and more. We are also happy to take individual customer requirements into account when designing the new location, for example with regard to automated solutions.

Safety
A fire alarm and sprinkler system ensure safety at our new logistics site. The site is secured with lockable sliding gates. The site also has an automated locking system with transponders and access authorizations.
Storage of customs goods
Our location is certified according to AEO F. With regular AEO training at the site for all employees, we ensure legally compliant customs import processing and standardized processes in accordance with customs work instructions.

With 33,000 m² of space, our distribution center in the Nuremberg-Feucht industrial park is the largest logistics center in the ELSEN Group. The location has excellent connections to the four central freeway axes A3, A6, A9 and A73.
